A full repaint of a stucco house and its garden shed. Before any color, the crew patched every stucco crack, scraped and primed the fascia and trim, sanded the shed siding back to sound wood and masked the windows. The cracked concrete front steps were repaired and recoated. The house finished in warm white with black trim.
Three paver jobs from 2025. An old brick walkway, green with moss and uneven, was replaced with new pavers along a stone wall and around the trees. A long outdoor stairway got paver treads. And beside a garden shed, the crew dug out the old soil and laid a drain pipe before paving a new patio.
The old wood flooring came out, the subfloor was patched and leveled, the walls were repaired and painted, and a new floor went down through a long open room, hallway and bathroom.
